Slot allocation will be first-come-first-serve basis and starts at 9:00pm (UTC +8) on 25th August 2023 (Friday).
The 100 Days Countdown is NOT an activity of purchasing/obtaining event tickets of Comic Fiesta. Kindly check the Comic Fiesta's official social media platforms for announcements regarding the event admission.
If successful, you will be allocated only one slot of your two preferred slots. The schedule of the confirmed slots can be found here.
It can take approximately 10-15 minutes for the schedule to update - please refresh your browser from time to time.
Only 3 slots each day, from Day 100 to Day 1, are available for booking.
Please ensure the email address entered is valid and do NOT submit multiple forms with different email addresses to avoid duplicate entries.
Remember that you have committed to contribute art for that particular day you have signed up for.
Registration will close as soon as all the slots are filled up.
We hope you understand that replies and updates during registration time can be slow due to overwhelming response. Please be patient with us!

GENERAL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Art submitted must be related to Comic Fiesta and done by yourself. (Must use at least one of the following Comic Fiesta mascots: Coffy, Tea, Yin Yong, Michael and Mi.)
This year’s theme is DRIFTING MUSIC FESTIVAL, but it is not compulsory to follow it.
Artwork’s format:
Medium: Digital / Traditional (Scanned)
Size: A4 (2480px X 3508px // 21cm X 29.7cm // landscape or portrait)
Resolution: 300dpi
File Format: JPEG file with full quality save (eg. 12 in Adobe Photoshop).
Please include the following details again when submitting your artwork. Only your alias/nickname and personal site will appear in public. Other personal details are strictly for contact purposes only.
Full Name (Follow NRIC/Passport)
Alias/Nickname (Work will be credited with this name)
Website or Gallery (e.g. DeviantArt, Twitter, Pixiv) (Optional)
Any elements that are not allowed by the laws of Malaysia and/or are considered controversial in Malaysia, including (but not limited to) foul languages, sex, violence, gore, religion, and royalty, are NOT allowed in the artwork.
Artworks generated by AI (Artificial Intelligence) are NOT allowed.
Keep in mind your artwork will be posted in public, so please respect your art and yourself.
Please hand in submissions ONE WEEK before your weekly slot is due.
No reminders will be given. If you don't submit in time, your artwork may be delayed or not be posted on our website and social media accounts.

Artworks not meeting the requirements above will be forfeited and our decision is final.
We may reallocate your artwork to another day if there are no artworks submitted in time for that specific date.
Comic Fiesta reserves the right to amend/change these rules and regulations at their own discretion without prior notification.
Comic Fiesta reserves the right to not publish the submitted artworks that are found to be violating the submission guidelines.
FREE SLOTS (FS) GUIDELINES
Free Slots (FS) is for those who have missed out on the allocated slots.
FS is open for submission any time and will end on the 10th December 2023 (Sunday).
Registration is not required for FS - you can just email us your artwork at art@comicfiesta.org.

Remember to include further details as written under General Submission Guidelines when submitting the artwork.
FS submissions are NOT allowed to insert numbers of any days into their artworks.
FS submissions will NOT be posted in any particular order.
USAGE RIGHTS OF ARTWORK
By submitting your artwork to Comic Fiesta, you still retain full ownership of the artwork.
You give Comic Fiesta full, non-exclusive rights to use your submission on materials published by Comic Fiesta.
You are allowed to post your work-in-progress/completed artwork on your personal social media platforms before/during/after your day slot.
You are allowed to produce merchandises for sale with your submitted artwork, with the condition of NOT claiming those as official merchandises of Comic Fiesta.
Comic Fiesta 2023 Goodie Bags
In the 10 Committee Selection, the committee will choose the best 10 artworks from the Comic Fiesta 2023 (CF2023) 100 Days Countdown submissions.
If you wish to be among the 10 Committee Selection, kindly submit your artwork before 1st November 2023 (Wednesday).
The 10 Committee Selection is open to Regular Slots entries and Free Slots entries.
Day slots before 1st November 2023 (Wednesday) are automatically eligible for the 10 Committee Selection process. However, the original submission deadline of your slot still applies.
